Site Managed Services (SMS) division, is the area of our business which provides specialist HR teams based on our client's own premises, typically where the requirement for large numbers of flexible workers is high

The Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a hands on Recruitment Co Ordinator working within the Food Manufacturing Sector.

This role will suit someone who has the drive and energy to deliver excellent service whilst working in a demanding and fast paced environmentfor a large volume user year round.

Your focus will be to provide a robust recruitment solution through effective recruitment strategies and practices, whilst ensuring the site remains, compliant, and most importantly that you have a happy customer.


Responsibilities:


  • Working alongside the onsite Account Team to Integrate and work in partnership with the client in order to fully understand and deliver their business requirements
  • Robust recruitment practices such as Personnel administration, Induction training, Payroll management, compliance with client Audit requirements
  • Management of temporary workforce
  • Ensure branch KPIs and client order fulfillment targets are met
  • Ideally from a Recruitment background however we are eager to hear from applicants who believe they have the skills to meet the role requirements
  • A real flair for providing excellent customer service and going that extra mile
  • Strong negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Previous experience within food manufacturing would be beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence is essential with access to a car.
The Location
We are based currently in 3 locations, Coleraine, Omagh & Enniskillen. Time would be required to be spent on all locations however based in Coleraine.
This role is a Fulltime role and we are seeking the right individual for this key role.
