This is an exciting opportunity to ensure British Airways has a market leading range of Ancillary Products. Ancillary products sit at the heart of the Commercial Transformation Programme within the current business plan. New technology platforms will transform our ability to offer and merchandise Ancillary Products to drive revenue.

As a Product Owner in the Ancillaries Team you'll manage an existing portfolio of Ancillary partnerships and look for new opportunities.

Collaborating with cross functional teams to optimise the selling and performance across the portfolio to drive customer satisfaction and revenue.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work across BA, partners and thirdparties to ensure we have a market leading range of ancillary products. Point of contact and Account Management for partners
  • Create, develop, and implement Third Party Ancillary Strategy
  • Optimise performance across all digital touchpoints to increase product conversion
  • Implement continuous improvement and simplification of current products, to ensure relevance to Customers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Review, monitor & provide insight into revenue performance, product usage & relevance and quality & integrity
  • Develop processes for administering and tracking our products.
About you

  • Experienced in managing supplier relationships and contract negotiation
  • Able to analyse multiple data sources to spot trends and react appropriately
  • Strong commerciality
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to objectively listen, consider alternatives and encourage challenge
  • Accomplished communicator both written and verbal
  • A valued member of a team who builds positive relationships
