Credit Controller
Our client is a global technology company who are looking for an experience Credit Controller.

You will be responsible for all data relating to the credit management of customers, maximizing cash collections achieving company targets, KPI's building andmaintaining good customer relationships internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Resolving outstanding account queries with customers
  • Chase Customers debt
  • Reconciling accounts via customer requests
  • Sending dunning letters, statements & copy invoices
  • Accurately allocate and reconcile the lease payments received
  • Uploading invoices to customer portals
  • Providing credit checks for new and existing businesses
  • Resolve unallocated payments that they are consistently managed and identified
  • Processing refunds
  • Prepare a weekly unapplied cash report alerting controllers
  • Provide weekly information of the missing invoices and cash results
  • Cover monthend close duties
  • Run the DD report and support the credit manager by processing the DD run monthly
  • Raise manual credit and debits when required
  • Previous credit control experience is essential
  • High attention to detail, numerically minded
  • Minimum GCSE's Maths of 46 (equivalent of B-C grade)
  • Team Player
  • Willingness to learn
