Pulse Fitness have an exciting opportunity to join their sales team as a Customer Service Apprentice, covering all aspects of the sales process, answering queries and administering the tender process.

Based in Congleton, this role is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insight into the workings of a successful sales function whilst completing your Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Programme.
Main Duties & Responsibilities- To communicate with all sales staff clearly and professionally
- To assist in the development of the tender process and documentation preparation
- Submit responses and allocate tenders to the relevant Regional Sales Managers
- To distribute tender/pretender documents to relevant internal and external sales staff
- To work closely with the Commercial Sales Director, National Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers to produce a proposed scheme with layouts and approximate costings for each customers project / requirement
- To produce sales quotations and process confirmed orders for customers quickly and efficiently on CRM/Sage
- To liaise with all departments to ensure full communication throughout the sales process/tender process
- Ensure all aspects of CRM are adhered to within the sales department if given the information and asked to
- Effectively support the external sales team in all aspects of their roles to ensure we maximise sales
- To liaise with the Regional Sales Managers to produce accurate quotations within a 24hr time frame
- To process confirmed orders immediately to ensure we meet equipment lead times upon all relevant information being provided by Sales Directors/Regional Sales Managers
- To provide the Sales Directors, Regional Sales Managers, and administration team with all aspects of tender support
- To ensure all drawings from the Drawing Department are produced within a timely manner for submission
- To prioritise workload and ensure all deadlines are met
- To perform reception duties as and when required to help cover annual leave
- To attend meetings and training as advised
- To present a responsible and professional company image
- To present a responsible and professional attitude at all times
- To work flexibly across all disciplines
- To participate in further training when appropriate

You will be working towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
