IT Service Desk Team Leader

We're seeking an experienced IT support professional to join our group IT team.

This is a brand new role, leading a team of two Service Desk Technicians to ensure the team provides an excellent IT service to employees across the Zertus group.


This role is Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 per day and is based at the Kinnerton Confectionery offices in Fakenham, Norfolk.


Responsibilities:


  • Leading and developing the IT Service Desk team
  • Ensuring support processes are complied with
  • Resolving incidents and service requests
  • Purchasing IT equipment & IT asset management
  • Change, Release and Incident Management
  • Customer Communications
  • Monitor tickets and calls
  • IT Knowledge Base administration

  • ITIL Service Desk experience (ITIL certifications preferred)

When you join Zertus, you will be based at one of our Humdinger, Kinnerton, Sun Valley or Lir Chocolates UK/ Ireland locations, unless your role is hybrid/ home based.


Our Locations:
Hull, Heckington, Sherburn-in-Elmet, Fakenham, Bromborough, Navan (Ireland). We have a Hub Space in Camden, London for Hybrid/ Home Workers too.
