Description
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday.

Based in our London Office ( KingsX), this is a great opportunity for someone with all round Property experience looking to become an integral part of this great team.


Duties & Responsibilities:
Providing support to the sales team

Providing support to the lettings team

Preparing marketing materials such as brochures/window cards

Preparation of canvassing material and strategy Anti -Money Laundering procedures

First Point of contact to all calls and visitors to the business

Organizing office events

Providing HR support Assisting with our new launch for our Auction Portal

Looking at all sale portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla to for new listings with competitors for both sales a lettings and list them into a spreadsheet

Will require strategic awareness and very good organisational skills and a strong experience of working with excel.

Skills and Experience:
Experience within an administrative role Front of house experience, ideally in a property environment. Used to meeting deadlines and working to defined timescales Pays attention to detail Excellent communication & interpersonal skills A friendly team player Self-motivated


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £18,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London, WC1H 9PZ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
