Overview:

Element Materials Technology have an opportunity for a


Supporting the Marketing Manager, you will be part of the wider EMEAA marketing team and will leverage best practice to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

You will also create and deliver marketing campaigns which drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver effective marketing campaigns to promote our range of services
  • Collaborate with our experts to produce engaging, value added content (articles, thought leadership, case studies, videos, brochures etc)
  • Utilise digital channels to drive traffic and optimise conversions for lead generation and customer nurture
  • Drive engagement using marketing automation across all touchpoints in the customer journey
  • Utilise reporting data to provide insights into campaign performance
  • Work with stakeholders to deliver compelling messaging and value propositions for target audiences
  • Increase reach and brand awareness through PR activity in key industry associations and publications
  • Plan and project manage execution of the business unit's events programme

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Significant experience with B2B campaign management experience, along with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or equivalent in experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates a problem solving, proactive attitude with the ability to thrive in an evolving marketing team
  • Strong team player who is also comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks/projects
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
  • A customercentric, resultsdriven mindset
  • Experience with CMS / CRM (Sitecore / Microsoft 365 would be desirable)
