Advisor Support Executive - Wealth Platform
12 Months Fixed-Term Contract

Edinburgh / Hybrid


About the role
The role is primarily focused on delivering world class service and support to our portfolio of global clients.


In this role you will

  • Deliver daytoday support for our clients in all areas of the proposition from technology to tax wrappers.
  • Analyse IFA behaviour to ensure that they get the best out of our platform as well as helping to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure that client feedback is captured and shared so that we can improve the products and services we offer.
  • Be proactive with clients and provide quality training to maximise the users' experience.

What you need to be successful

  • 3yrs+ experience in a similar role (Administration, Support, Advisory)
  • An understanding of investment platforms, products & tax wrappers like SIPP or ISA would be a bonus
  • Strong Excel, data input and systems navigations skills
  • Technology Savvy
  • Strong communicator, team player, enthusiastic
  • Ambitious with a growth mindset
