**Account Manager - FMCG - Solihull

  • Up to £40,000**

Our customer is a global manufacturer and a leader in their field.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing account management support to enable the implementation of both local and divisional initiatives.

Account Manager - Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management
  • Experience within Manufacturing / Logistics / ecommerce is preferred but not essential
  • A strong understanding of how supply chains work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and coordinate with colleagues and the customers stakeholders.

Account Manager - Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary internal point of contact for general queries, working with and supporting internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.
  • Deliver worldclass customer service in a fastpaced environment to delight customers and grow our business.
  • Based at a customer location the role is to maintain and manage supply relationships between companies while ensuring process and protocols are adhered to.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to improve service delivery and drive retention and growth within the account.
  • Act quickly to resolve any issues and ensure excellent levels of communication with external and internal contacts.
