We are highly experienced in running a range of claims, which includes precedent setting litigation.

We pride ourselves on offering a supportive and collegiate atmosphere. We recruit Client Services Assistants who have the potential to become paralegals and beyond with us. Many of our former paralegals are now qualified solicitors with us, for example.


The Role

The role includes:

  • Acting as a first point of contact to clients
  • Obtaining client details and required information in order to check eligibility for them to pursue a claim
  • Making outbound and taking inbound calls from/to clients in order to assist them in beginning their claim
  • Dealing with a variety of individuals and present issues, including those who are distressed
  • Ensuring claims are processed in a swift and efficient manner by obtaining relevant documentation, and carrying out KYC and AML checks
  • Collating data accurately and effectively
  • Maintaining communication with all relevant teams
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when dealing with any enquiries, or sensitive information obtained as part of the role.
  • Carrying out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Management Team

About You

  • Ideally you will need to have a law degree or working towards one.
  • Always maintaining a professional and responsible attitude.
  • Achieving results as part of a busy team.
  • Able to organise and prioritise workload accordingly to ensure work is completed within a timely manner.
  • Communicating effectively with a wide variety of people.
  • Accurately recording information onto our systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware.
  • Confident with Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Goal orientated with a strong desire to improve and succeed.
