Due to organic growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telesales and Customer Relations Executive to join our team and help support the continued growth of the business.


The Position


Based in our Warwick office and with fully supported ongoing training you will be primarily responsible for contacting existing customers and generating new business leads for IT and Document Print Solutions, within the commercial and educational sectors.

You will be responsible for maximising sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service to our client base, which will include:

  • Booking and confirming appointments with new and existing customers
  • Carry out market research and gather business intelligence across various markets
  • Promote our brand and services to existing and new accounts
  • Provide input into lead generation campaigns
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Manage and keep up to date the company's CRM system

The Person
If you enjoy speaking to people and building B2B relationships and promoting yourself and the company, we are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Confident telephone manner that brings a determined and persistent approach.
  • Team player and selfmotivated
  • Good client liaison and customer service skills
  • Computer literate
  • Enthusiastic, selfmotivated and a hardworking individual
  • Time management skills
A sales or customer service background in IT/Document Print Solutions would be advantageous, but not essential.


The Package


The role attracts a competitive basic salary (£20,020 - £24,570 per annum, dependent on experience), plus an uncapped commission structure and a contribution pension scheme.


Full time working hours are
09:00 - 16:30, Monday - Friday (Flexible and part time hours are available and would be based on a pro-rata salary).
