Job Summary:

The Operations Coordinator is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations within our embroidery and printing departments.

This role involves managing workflows, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining high levels of organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and communication.


Key Responsibilities:

Morning:

• Conduct daily checkins with the embroidery and printing teams to monitor progress and set new tasks.
• Ensure all project management tools (e.g., Trello) are uptodate.
• Manage works orders by completing, adding to warehouse stock, and allocating as necessary.
• Complete sales orders, arrange dispatch and delivery, and handle invoicing.

Afternoon:

• Assist with receiving goods and stock allocation to sales orders.
• Address any issues related to sales orders in coordination with team members.
• Prepare stock for suppliers, manage purchase orders, and schedule deliveries.
• Coordinate small orders from shops, ensuring efficient processing and dispatch.

Evening:

• Review and manage Buyers Exceptions, order stock as needed.
• Conclude day's tasks by finalizing works and sales orders, preparing for next day's deliveries.
• Set up embroidery and printing jobs for the following day.

General:

• Provide support in embroidery, printing, and other tasks as needed throughout the day.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a similar role within the manufacturing or printing industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management software, such as Trello.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in embroidery or printing industry operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.

Pay:
£11.50-£15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
