Local authority in the Northampton area are currently looking for a building surveyor for an initial three months with likely extension and on-going work.

Purpose of the role:

Primarily responsible for the inspection of and overseeing repair and maintenance of Council owned commercial properties.

You will be required to specify work, determine priority, programme work, supervise contracts, monitor and raise performance and agree variations.

Reporting and supplying recommendations for improvements/ maintenance requirements to Council properties taking into account Listed Buildings and Conservation areas.

Remote & Office Based
INSIDE IR35
£30 an hour umbrella - negotiable
37 hours per week
