The Company hiring a Finance Analyst

A Finance Analyst is sought by this truly leading global property design & strategy group.

Operating within the UK, Europe, US and AsiaPac markets, they have developed an enviable reputation for outstanding client service and delivering innovative specialistservices and unique solutions.

Continued growth has resulted in the need for a bright graduate part-qualified accountant, to assume a newly created finance analyst role.

Your remit is to support the new Financial Analysis and Business Partnering team in theprovision of financial advice, planning, budgeting, analysis & reporting to Regional CFO's and CEO's.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst

Prepare various pieces of financial analysis to support strategic decision making across the regions including the monthly compilation of the management accounts (together with written commentaries)
Prove historical trend analysis and model future potential performance based on varying assumptions
Provide support to the Senior Finance Analysts in the planning, quarterly reforecasting and annual forecasting exercises
Preparation of presentations and data for senior stakeholders including the Global CFO; CEO and PE owners

Skills & Attributes of the Finance Analyst

Part-Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, ideally having trained in a global corporate business
A desire to work in an everchanging environment with lots of adhoc requests you will enjoy a position that is very adhoc
Strong analytical skills utilising advanced Excel skills or any BI tool (Tableau, Power BI etc)
Ability to understand business and communicate with both finance and nonfinance personnel and senior management
Exposure within an international Plc or global professional services firm is highly advantageous
The role demands a confident, selfmotivated approach, commercial acumen
