    HGV Mechanic: A Key Role in Our Team

    We are seeking a skilled and reliable HGV Mechanic to join our well-established and highly respected team.

    About the Role:

    In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) to ensure they operate safely and efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Carry out routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tyre checks, to prevent breakdowns and extend the lifespan of vehicles.
    • Diagnose and repair complex faults with HGVs, using diagnostic equipment and technical expertise to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
    • Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Requirements:

    • Hold a valid Category C+ driving licence and relevant certifications, such as a City & Guilds qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance.
    • Have at least 1 year's experience working as an HGV Mechanic, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Be able to work independently, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage your time to meet deadlines.

    Benefits:
