My client is looking for an experienced International Payroll Manager to temporarily join their lovely team for their company which is in the Accountancy sector.

My client specialises in the Accountancy sector. They are a growing business based, in the busy City of London.


Description

The successful International Payroll Manager will be:

  • Ensuring all payrolls are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assisting with audit queries
  • A point of contact for all escalated payroll queries.
  • Having a small portfolio of countries internationally and processing the payroll 'end to end'
  • Working with payroll system and process changes as required
  • Processing the payroll data in an organised and structured manner
  • Keeping on track with all payroll deadlines and monthly payroll tasks
  • Developing strong relationships crossfunctionally across their portfolio of countries
  • Assisting with other adhoc Payroll Duties when required

Profile

The ideal International Payroll Manager must:

  • International Payroll exposure is essential
  • Be a team player, as well as being able to work independently.
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have experience in a similar payroll role and working with outsourced payroll bureaus
  • Have excellent written, verbal and non verbal communication skills
  • Be able to think outside the box and solve problems when faced with new challenges.
  • Be exceptional at planning, organising and being deadline oriented.
  • Have the ability to work with different software systems, and have excellent knowledge of spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Have strong understanding of 'end to end' payroll processing and collation of payroll data
  • Immediately available or short notice to start
  • Be happy to travel into the City of London

Job Offer
On offer to the chosen Global Global Payroll Coordinator is:

  • £25-35 p/h
  • Working in the City of London
  • Working within the busy Accountancy sector
  • Initially threemonth duration with a possible extension
  • Full Time hours per week.
  • Hybrid: 3/2 split in office and WFH
  • International Payroll Exposure
