Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced individual who has an interest in Forensics. The Individual will need to be able to work autonomously and good time keeping skills. The successful applicant will have a large caseload, although not all are active and require intervention.


The Successful individual will need to attend the team base when required and will receive supervision from their line manager.

Once a patient has moved back to community this patient will then be transferred to the community caseload.

The Successful applicant will be supported to continue with their professional development and completion of training.


The Forensic Community Services can be found across the four Boroughs, Lambeth, Croydon, Lewisham and Southwark, we are part of behaviour and Development Within the Croydon Directorate.

To support the Discharge of out of area forensic Patient back into the community, in suitable placements, under the care of the Care Team.

Have or develop with support and supervision specialist rehabilitation and violence risk assessment knowledge to complete assessments with clients.


Our Forensic Offender Health pathway provides care and treatment for individuals experiencing mental health issues who also pose a risk to the public.

We aim to ensure that by providing on-going assessment, treatment, support and risk management, assessment resulting in diversion at the earliest opportunity from the criminal justice
system.
