Overview of the role:

Your responsibilities as a Product Specialist:

Travelling to coordinate local dealer events and large
scale national and international exhibitions, you'll be the primary contact for worldwide material handling product training and sales support for our dealer network. (Customer Facing)
You'll ensure our demonstration stock is maintained and demonstrated to the highest possible standards.
Your role will be crucial in delivering market research, creating business cases and engaging with dealers and customers for product evaluation to make sure we're thinking one step ahead of our competitors.
You will support the marketing department in the creation of marketing collateral, such as photoshoot and videoshoot coordination.
You will provide excellent customer service to our dealer network both over the phone and online with product support.
Benchmarking activities and liaising with customers for product evaluations.
Sales codes creation and management for NPIP and existing product portfolio.

About you:

You'll be a brilliant time planner and communicator.
It's desirable but not essential that you have a technical background and potentially experience having worked with construction and/or agricultural machinery.
You'll have a sense of positivity to keep learning, keep delivering great ideas and keep developing. This role would suit an agricultural or construction practitioner with a keen commercial insight and business understanding if you're not coming from a similar role.
Most of all you will possess high levels of energy, motivation, drive and commitment; have a resilient nature and a strong desire to succeed within a wider team.
