We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to work for a highly reputable Wealth Management company in central London who have successfully delivered an excellent service for over 25 years, achieved by great work culture and people ethics,putting people at the heart of what they do and understanding the needs of others, to ensure their clients receive the best financial planning solutions.

Responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Provide administration support across admin teams and support cover.
  • Ensure client data is accurately maintained on iO and Volume systems
  • Ensure client agreements and records are up to date on iO
  • Assist to produce client portfolio valuations and statements and assist with trades and portfolio rebalancing as directed
  • Close plans correctly on iO in a timely manner
  • Follow risk profiling procedures using FinaMetrica, record risk profile score in iO
  • Comply with FCA and internal compliance procedures, ensuring all client files and information remain compliant and confidential and internal procedures are followed
Experience and Qualifications

  • 2-3+ years experience within the independent sector of the financial services industry, ideally Wealth Management or in a relevant Financial Planning administration role
  • Knowledge covering pensions, investments, protection and the underwriting process is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering client service at the highest level
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, being highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Understanding of the needs of Financial Services teams and FCA rules and compliance
  • Relevant industry qualifications will be an advantage but are not essential.
