Description

Fintelligent is seeking a skilled and collaborative New Business Advisor to join our client's welcoming and friendly team in Altrincham.

This full-time new business role comes with a base salary of £32,000 with OTEs of up to £60,000 and fantastic benefits.


As a skilled New Business Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with contractors looking to set up under an umbrella company.

You will also convert warm leads through web enquiries to secure financial services sales.

In your first few weeks in this New Business Advisor role, you can expect to:

  • Conduct effective questioning professionally to advise on the most suitable product and service
  • Have good knowledge of the company's features to ensure contractors are informed
  • Hit KPIs and activity levels whilst maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
  • Provide excellent customer service and knowledge of the company's features to ensure the customer understands the service


If you're looking to impact and create change positively, you will be rewarded with a base salary of £32K with realistic first-year earnings of £45K and OTEs of up to £55K-£60K after your first year.
