People Partner - 12 month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)


Location:
London, Bristol or remote (including hybrid).


This role can be part time (80%)

Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?
We are looking for a People Partner to join our teaml.

This role is a generalist and operational role, where you'll manage the end to end employee experience and be a strategic partner to the business, enabling our company's vision and strategy to be realised.


You will be a coach and advisor to a community in our business, be a master at working with others across the People Team and the wider organisation to leverage the whole team's expertise and get stuff done.


What will I be doing?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Be a strategic people partner to our business, developing plans and approaches that support our business objectives.
  • Coach and develop our leaders to equip them with the right skills and behaviours to lead their business and teams through growth and change.
  • Contribute to the curation of a compelling and progressive end to end employee experience, this will include driving employee engagement initiatives in your area.
  • Support workforce planning and partnering with Talent Acquisition to bring this to life.
  • Be part of various work streams and projects
  • Lead discussions and debate with data, formulating insights and recommendations to inform workforce strategy development.
  • Be an ambassador for the People team, promoting what we do throughout the business

Is this the job for me?

  • Preferably relevant HR degree, Chartered CIPD qualified or equivalent work experience.
  • Definitely have high curiosity, be a self starter, with a proactive attitude.
  • Forwardthinking relationship builder, coach and advisor, willing to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong personal impact, you connect with confidence and credibility across small or larger audiences.
  • Proven people generalist experience gained in a fastpaced, progressive environment.
  • A practical 'hands on' approach and happy to roll up your sleeves is a must
  • Good commercial acumen and analytical skills to help you design and deliver people plans
  • Experience in a tech focussed company, or working with tech teams would be great, but isn't a must
