This is an outstanding opportunity to join a Manufacturing company with an exciting and unique product in their small and busy Customer Service team.

This role is a Customer Service Administrator and involves; Customer Service, Administration and Account Handling of their Small to Large Retail Clients.


This is not a call centre role it is a small, friendly and passionate Customer team and you will get excellent training and development opportunities.

This role only involves 30% phone work

Location - LS1- Parking

Benefits - 25 days holiday, home working days

Salary £23,000

  • Fri Hybrid

The role:

  • Monitoring of orders to ensure they are being processed and taking action to resolve any process issues
  • Working cooperatively with all the key internal departments
  • Ecommerce, Warehouse and QA
  • Listen and connect with end users and customers to enhance their journey, with innovative solutions, through a collaborative oneteam approach
  • Customer Order Administration and using Excel
About you;

  • Previous Administration experience and excellent Customer Service skills
  • Passionate, team player, enthusiastic
  • Customer Focused
  • PC literate with high levels of understanding of MS Office, in particular Excel
