We are a niche, ambitious Claims Management Company located at Birchwood Park, Warrington. Our ethos is to provide a high-quality service that results in excellent customer service/satisfaction. We do not make cold calls.


Whilst the start date will be flexible to your availability, we are looking for a start date availability from 12 December.


About you


The role requires excellent attention to detail, enthusiasm and a willingness to provide excellent service to each of our customers.

Whilst Full training will be provided, you should be computer literate and have a good understanding of systems such as Word and Excel.


The role will include:
Working as part of a team you will be dealing with a high volume, fast moving workload. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage your own workload.

You will therefore be able to utilise your skills and initiative whislt developing new skills within a friendly and supportive environment.

You will have excellent demonstrable written and verbal communication skills and a firm commitment to customer care and confidentiality.

Previous experience of mis-selling (e.g PPI / PBA) or other complaint handling / drafting preferred but not essential where you can demonstrate transferable skills to this role.


Key duties

  • Priortisiation and organisation of workload
  • Reviewing and handling incoming and outgoing correspondance, updating systems accurately
  • Correspond with existing and potential customers, providing updates and guidance as required.
  • General administration ensuring an accurate and timely workflow of clients claims / correspondence.
  • Working within appropriate timeframes whilst esuring high levels of accuracy
  • Adherence to client confidentiality and GDPR regulation
  • Ability to follow protocols and to operate within our Regulator's rules and business guidelines.

  • Demonstrable record of data entry
  • Ability to learn systems quickly
  • Attention to detail and remain focused whilst engaged.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a claims management environment (including PPI, PBA)
  • Experience of claims management processes or case handling such as paralegal or complaints/compliance

Hours & Salary

Job Type:
Full-time, 9 to 5 pm Monday to Friday (Flexible Full Time hours considered)


Hybrid work pattern:

3 days in the office at Birchwood Park and 2 days working from home


Annual leave: 33 days (inc Bank Holidays)

Hot drinks such as tea and coffee provided.

£20, £24, depending on experience)

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
