Description

We are seeking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator to support our busy Client Services department in providing a first class service to all clients and support them through their experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with clients and staff over issues raised pre and post installation;
- Provide prompt, courteous service to all clients;
- Update call logging;
- Keep office and field staff informed of key matters, reporting all incidents affecting the schedule and/or the office procedures to the department manager as they occur;
- Assume ownership of all projects and ensure correct processing of orders in accordance with departmental systems;
- Adhere to the departmental procedures as advised.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Confident telephone manner;
- Accuracy and attention to detail;
- Ability to prioritise;
- I.T. literate;
- An organised approach;
- Experience in the furniture industry would be advantageous but not essential.
