- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks, other accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus.
