A Partner at a Leading UK firm is looking for a property associate to join them in managing their growing workload.

The Partner specialises in commercial real estate work, has some real estate finance work and occasionally residential conveyancing. They act for a variety of clients including property development and investment companies, property traders and bridging lenders.

You will be:

Managing a broad and varied range of real estate and real estate finance transactions including liaising with other team members and coordinating advice from other practice areas and departments;
Drafting and negotiating transaction documents including commercial sale contracts, commercial leases, agreements for lease and other occupational documentation;
Carrying out due diligence, such as reviewing and reporting on title, planning and searches and the preparation of draft reports;

You'll have the flexibility of remote and office working, with your time split between both.

You will work solely for this Partner, but be supported by the wider firm, receiving both a salary of £70-80k and a bonus of up to 70%.

So, this vacancy offers an excellent earning potential, but with a small team, and west end culture. Your target hours will be around 1200, so you will also enjoy an excellent work life balance.
