Your Role:


As a member of the Sales Operations team, you will be responsible for providing back office support to Tenable's worldwide sales team.

You will need a customer centric attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast moving environment. You'll be reviewing bookings, generating quotes, and responding to channel requests, to support a large and growing sales team.

Tenable wins and manages business relationships through the combined efforts of Lead Generation, SMB Sales, Enterprise Sales, Channel Management, Sales Engineering, and Account Management.

To this end, you will provide timely, accurate assistance to these teams as they quote Tenable's products, present proposals to customers and close sales opportunities.

Your primary objective is to ensure that all sales and channel professionals have 360 degree back office support, allowing them to focus on customer success.

This position reports to the Channel Operations Manager.


Your Opportunity:


  • Develop indepth knowledge of Tenable's licensing model, and pricing, to provide quoting support to our worldwide sales teams
  • Participate in responding to requests from sales reps and channel managers
  • Work across functional areas such as product management, finance, and product marketing to enable revenue, and serve both internal stakeholders and customers alike

What You'll Need:


  • Background in Enterprise Software
  • Experience using CPQ
  • Experience using Netsuite
  • Experience with licensing / entitlement management
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Hyper attention to detail
  • Effective at time management and prioritization
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fastpaced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business, Information Technology or Finance or equivalent work experience
