We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor to join a leading and rapidly expanding distribution business based in Blackpool.

Specialists within the EV, fire and security industries you'll be joining a friendly and busy team and dealing with a broad and exciting product range.

No two days will be the same, there is lots of variety and this business pride themselves on offeringexcellent customer service.

This vacancy has a basic salary of £22,000 - £26,000 (depending on experience). Hours are Monday to Friday and you can choose between working 7:30am-4:30pm, 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. Free parking on site, excellent opportunities to progress and holidaysincrease with length of service

Customer Service / Technical Support Advisor

Logging and keeping an accurate record of any issues as they arise
Submitting complex faults or issues to the specialist technical team
An ideal opportunity for someone with a background in technical support, or someone who has experience within the electrical, CCTV, fire or EV industry.
