Partner Financial are working with an innovative healthcare business, headquartered in Central London, with turnover of £100M.

With aggressive growth plans through acquisitions across EMEA, their strategy and product offering, positions the brand at theforefront of its market and main competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecast, whilst also supporting the strategic planning process
Delivering highquality monthly management accounts and reporting, including headcount reporting, variance analysis and appropriate commentary
Creating business cases to support future transformation initiatives
Identifying trends and business opportunities, raising ideas and champion process improvements, as well as cost saving initiatives to meet business objectives
Business partnering budget holders across the business, providing meaningful insight and analysis to support commercial decisions
Preparing investment appraisals of potential acquisitions and development opportunities
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
Experience working within the healthcare sector would be advantageous
Proficient excel skills and experience working with complex data in a commercial environment
Strong communication skills, capable of building successful relationships with both, more senior and more junior stakeholders
A proactive individual who can work in a small and dynamic team and deliver projects to tight deadlines
Highly structured and organised individual, with the ability to manage own workload, meeting deadlines accurately
