With increased demand from County Councils, we now have opportunities for people like you to join our friendly team across the country.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our thriving Kent team, to support the continued growth of our business.

Internal Recruiter Responsibilities

Be the driving force to grow our Kent workforce of drivers and passenger assistants.
Being the point of contact for all new contacts.
Having good knowledge of your local recruiting area.
Support with any general admin and Charity work.

Internal Recruiter Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Competent in the use of IT software such as word/ excel etc.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
Confident communicator who can demonstrate empathy and listening skills.
Ability to work to deadlines for multiple projects.
Capacity to work in a fast paced, changing environment, proactively responding to changing requirements.
Works well as part of a team but is a selfstarter and can work independently.
Ability to follow processes.
Able to drive due to the location of the office
