Customer Service Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are working closely with our client based in Chesterfield, to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support their team.
The role would suit someone who has a customer centric approach and ideally has experience managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.
Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
- Assist internal teams with customer requests, ensuring jobs are completed quickly and efficiently
- Updating customers at each stage or order progression
- Maintaining accurate data in the inhouse system
As Customer Service Advisor, you will require:
- Experience within a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to selfmotivate
- Organised with great attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team
