Customer Service Advisor

Elevation Recruitment Group are working closely with our client based in Chesterfield, to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to support their team.

The role would suit someone who has a customer centric approach and ideally has experience managing expectations with internal and external stakeholders.


Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:

  • Assist internal teams with customer requests, ensuring jobs are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Updating customers at each stage or order progression
  • Maintaining accurate data in the inhouse system

As Customer Service Advisor, you will require:

  • Experience within a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to selfmotivate
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team


Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
