An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Planning Business Support Team (PBS) as a Business Support Officer.We are committed to delivering high-quality services that positively impact our community, join our team and make a difference as we work together to support the growth and development of our area.
As a Business Support Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various essential functions within the Planning Service.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with the cleansing of data in preparation for the migration of the local land charges register to HM Land Registry
- General administrative duties within the Land Charge Service including registration of new Land Charge searches and recording information provided
- Provide additional generic support within the Planning Business Support team as required and agreed by Business Support and Land Charges Team Leader.
Key Skills:
- Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal
- Working under pressure and dealing with competing demands and deadlines
- Excellent IT skills, working with both electronic and paper maps and plans
- High level of attention to detail
