We are delighted to be working with our leading Legal client to recruit a PA to join their Infrastructure team on a full time, permanent basis.

Up to £29,280 dependant on experience
Role Purpose
You will provide PA and secretarial support to department fee earners.
Role Responsibilities
Copy and audio typing with winscribe
Create and amend documents using track changes
Arrange travel and accommodation when required
Create PowerPoint presentations and excel spreadsheets
Keep an accurate note of minutes from meetings
Proofread documents to ensure accuracy is maintained
Work closely with the WP in the production of WP documents, keeping fee earner advised of progress
Coordinate fee earner's diary managing weekly, monthly and annual commitments in advance and responding to enquiries relating to availability
To respond to invites, declining when required
Utilise online facilities to organise and communicate meeting arrangements
Identify, liaise and provide support in connection with procuring of IT assistance, equipment or presentation documentation for meetings
Act on behalf of fee earner with any member of staff or external client
Work to stated deadlines and adjust priorities to accommodate changing needs
Ensure all contact details are correctly logged for clients and contacts
Filing/scanning as required
Arrange and, as necessary, assist with photocopying/binding
To deal with clients and assist/redirect as required
Create new files, complete pre bills, accurately update time recording records
Complete reporting as required
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the fee earner or line manager
To accurately undertake the production of correspondence and appropriate documentation
Key Skills
Solid experience in a PA or EA role, ideally within Infrastructure
Excellent typing skills, ideally with previous experience with Winscribe
First class communication skills both written and verbal
A strong planner, highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong stakeholder management skills both internal and external
Highly motivated, willing to go above and beyond
Exceptional numerical skills
Strong attention to detail and highly organised
Excellent problem-solving skills
Flexible and adaptable to change

This is a full-time, permanent role working between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
