Our banking client in Edinburgh are seeking a regulatory and conduct advisory manager to support the move to a more Agile way of working within the business.


This requires an in-depth understanding of the wider rules and regulations, as well as the knowledge of implementing and managing these.

The role requires someone who can bring regulatory change alive to the business, in order to build and deliver the endgoal focusing on what is possible.

They are also looking for someone who has the ability to scan the horizon to develop an understanding of new regulatory change and how that will impact the business.


Key duties:

  • Providing regulatory advice
  • Monitor and review regulatory compliance performance and approach
  • Provide support in approach and implementation of regulatory change
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Relationship building with regulatory bodies
