An exciting opportunity has come up within a business based in the Birmingham City Centre for a Trainee Accounts Assistant This position will allow someone who has been studying towards their AAT to finally get their foot in the door and begin their career.

This position will be joining a growing marketing business and be supporting their existing finance team and working alongside the finance manager.

This position will require you to process invoices, raise sales invoices, allocate payments reconcile statements, resolve finance queries etc.

This really is a lovely broad role which will provide you with exposure to a range of finance tasks and allow youto really begin your career This position is a temporary to permanent role but the temporary side of things is more probationary period than anything.

Ideally, you will:

Be studying towards your AAT, ideally be on at least your level
Be strong on excel and other computer software's as being computer literate will be a huge positive within this role.
Be a detail focused person who is very meticulous with the way they carry out their work.
Be immediately available or on a short term notice as this position is looking to get started as soon as possible
