Join our team of Healthcare Assistants/Support Workers to help provide care and assist people in Care/Residential/Nursing homes.

We are looking for kind, caring & compassionate people to provide outstanding care in Merseyside/Lancashire areas and become an Lita Healthcare Care Assistant.

Whether you have care experiences in the NHS as a care assistant or nursing; previously worked in a care home or nursing home; been a care assistant in the community; private carer for a family member; or no care experience at all we offer full training and support to become a care assistant.

This will range from providing compassionate care right through to personal care and more complex needs.

At Lita Healthcare, we value our Care Workers and offer a lot of opportunity and flexibility for you. We offer both full and part time hours, as well as bank hours.

We let you choose what days you wish to work and what days you want off as we understand work life balance is important.

We find that this keeps our staff positive and motivated but most importantly, happy We can also work around 2nd jobs, childcare and education.

Excellent rates of pay £ £18.

70 per hour+ double pay for Christmas time:

Skills and qualities required

No previous experience needed as full training provided
Must be 18 or over
Dedicated, caring, punctual and driven with a positive attitude
Wanting to make a difference in care and use their skill set and experience to help those who need care and support.
Reliability, trustworthiness and punctuality
The right to work in the UK
