The Role
Key Duties
- Attend open days/job fairs for developing a compliant 'Bank' of workers for the placement across the borough including engagement with local Job Centres
- To manage and control agency submissions and promote roles to the agency supply chain
- To work with the Talent Partners to ensure a steady flow of CVs for all roles to support the direct fill activity of Talent Partners
- Work with the Talent Partners and the management team to fully understand the
What we need from you
- Confident use of social media platforms
- Previous experience in an administrative post supporting teams
- Previous search and selection as well as job advert writing
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to interact with a wide variety of audiences in person, on the telephone and in writing
- Organised and prioritises work to deliver against multiple activities
- Can deliver accurately within a fast paced environment
- Demonstrates enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Takes instruction but curious to know the reasons why things are done in a certain way and willing to challenge the norm if there is a better way
- Driven to achieve in a targeted environment but remains calm under pressure
- Committed to work as part of a team
- Interest in a career in recruitment, sales and/or HR
- Cando approach, looking for solutions rather than focusing on an issue
- Confident in own ability but knows when to escalate an issue and doesn't over promise
