Company Overview:
Helodrium Ltd is a specialist compliance consultancy that offers a bespoke "Turnkey" style service to assist with all aspects of setting up new businesses, so they can trade in the London International Insurance Market.
Primarily, the key areas of service are to provide Lloyd's broking, back-office processing, regulatory consulting solutions and ongoing compliance support making it a very specialised type of business.
The Role:
As a member of the team handling the needs of external clients, you will work with the current Director of Technical Services to manage the workflow of business through the IMR.
You will provide a high-quality support service to clients, markets, and third-party organisations to ensure that all business handled is in adherence to all internal and external requirements.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review slips, endorsements, bordereaux, closings, and other documentation assigned within the Technical Team, ensuring the data is accurate
- Accurately create LPANS, ensuring the calculations are correct and uploading to Xchanging
- Dealing with Xchanging queries and resolving any issues that arise
- Review and maintain Technical items on Company Portal
- Collaborating closely with internal and external clients
- Willingness to learn about claims and keen to learn PPL, DCOM, DASats and any other systems required
- Manage the needs of customers and Insurers
About You:
- Ability to build/develop relationships with existing/new customers and insurers
- Able to take initiative to achieve results
- Knowledge of IMR desirable, similarly for CLASS, PPL, ATLAS, ECF, LORS & DCOM
- Strong written and spoken business communication skills
- Produce accurate work and meet targets to time, cost, and specification
- Enthusiastic and career focused
- Adhere to CPD and ongoing training through internal platforms, CII, and Lloyd's
What we offer:
- Compensation Package: Up to £45K basic + Shared Company Bonus Scheme
- Location**:UK Based (Hybrid) and at our offices in the City of London
- Hours: Full Time, Permanent
- Holiday: 25 Days + BH
