Description
As we continue to improve our Maternity Services we are excited to recruit an Associate Director of Midwifery (ADoM).

We are looking for someone with significant Midwifery experience who is focused on safety, quality and the outcomes of care for women and their babies as well as the well-being of our staff.

As the most senior midwife in the Trust you will have accountability for the professional leadership of Midwifery. You will provide visible leadership consistent with the Trust Vision and Values.

You will ensure delivery of high standards of evidenced based maternity care with women and their babies at the heart of everything we do.


As our ADoM you will report directly to the Executive Director for Nursing and Midwifery but will work into the Division of Family Care which provides Maternity, Neonatal, Gynaecology, Sexual Health and Paediatric Services.
