Job Purpose:


The Office Apprentice will be assisting with office and clerical work within our company, handling communication and correspondence, maintaining office systems and contributing to the smooth running of the office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with the filing, storage and retrieval of documents.
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Assisting with the organisation and scheduling of appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Photocopying, scanning and faxing documents, as well as managing office supplies.
  • Liaising with internal staff and external partners, vendors, or clients professionally.
  • Other general administrative duties as needed.

Person Specification:


_ Education and Experience:
_


  • GCSE Level education or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not a requirement. Full training will be provided.

_ Skills and Abilities:
_


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detailoriented with an ability to maintain accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of office management systems and procedures.
