Job description: Teacher for children in care complex needs
  • Dudley
  • Spring Term start

I am currently recruiting for a Virtual School in Dudley; they are seeking to appoint a teacher for their school.

I am looking for a qualified teacher (primary or secondary) who is available Full Time for the Spring Term to take on an on-going role.

You would be working full-time, supporting Children in Care who attend the educational settings.

The role is a hybrid one, working from home and visiting schools so own transport is essential; training and support will continually be available.

As a committed teacher you will be involved in the marking and planning of lessons, and you will support effective delivery of Personal Education Plans.

You will need to be resilient, empathetic, patient, and passionate, be able to think outside of the box and change your teaching methods to suit the individual's needs of the students.

The school caters for students in KS3 and KS4; training and support will continually be available.

One of our teachers placed at this school has said "What a lovely school and what lovely facilities.

I've always felt nervous when starting a new position as you always worry if you will integrate into a new team.

Everyone at this school have made me feel so welcomed. It's a real warm family environment and everyone really gets on."

I am delighted to be working with this school as they are passionate about the education and welfare of their students and staff.

It is a role that allows you to truly make a positive difference

In return you will receive:

  • Excellent rate of PAY
  • A dedicated consultant with extensive knowledge of SEND and education
  • Access to on going training and continual professional development
