Job Description:
- Take inbound calls from customers and action
- Process payments and chase debt
- Maintain spreadsheet data
- Adhoc admin as per demand
Personal Specification:
- IT Literacy
- Efficient customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Sales Administration experience (desirable)
