Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with business objectives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Provide design direction and guidance to junior designers and other team members, as needed.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, and share knowledge and insights with the team.
Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and design standards, ensuring consistency across all channels.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and print design for strategic campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, and other design tools.
Skilled in Google slides, Google docs
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user experience design.
Experience designing for web and mobile platforms, including responsive design and mobilefirst design principles.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines.
