My client are seeking an experienced and ambitious Corporate lawyer (3-5 PQE) to join their top tier law firm.

The firm is renowned for providing exceptional legal services to clients worldwide, and are looking for an associate (with the view to senior in 6-12 months) who share their commitment to excellence and seeking to take the next step in their legal career.

The Manchester office is one of the firm's key sites in which you'll gain exposure to multi-jurisdictional work and an unrivalled client base that spans multiple continents, including the US, Europe and the Middle East with opportunity to undertake secondments abroad.

As a Corporate Associate, you will work closely with high profile and high-value clients on a range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate finance, shareholder agreements, restructures and securities offerings.

You will collaborate with a team of highly skilled solicitors to deliver innovative legal solutions that meet their clients' business objectives.
