Practice Educator - Ideal but not essential

Provide reflective supervision, mentoring and practice development for NQSW's on the ASYE programme. Undertake direct observations of practice and complete the ongoing Record of Support and Progressive Assessment.

Reflective supervision on 1:1 and group basis
Work alongside the PSW, Advanced Practitioners and Workforce Development Manager to provide peer support and action learning sets
Undertake observations of practice of NQSW's on the ASYE programme
Participate in initial and review meetings (3, 6 12 months)
Complete ASYE documentation
Work closely with NQSW line managers to ensure the record of support and progressive assessment is complete for each social worker leading to the final holistic assessment and recommendation
