Description
We are looking for a highly driven professional to manage and expand relationships with our existing enterprise customers, ensuring their success and growth. A very strong track record in the AI and enterprise software sector, technical acumen, and startup experience are essential for this role.
This role will be remote, based in London (UK) and requires permission to work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Deeply understand each customer's environment, identifying needs and solutions to accelerate their success.
- Manage and expand opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from post-sales to renewal.
- Apply a solutions-oriented approach with a focus on AI technologies and SaaS functionalities.
- Enhance product growth and adoption within existing enterprise accounts.
- Drive pipeline generation to develop expansion opportunities and identify upsell and cross-sell potential.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to a broad audience range, from C-level to individual contributors.
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain clear visibility on account performance.
Qualifications
Required
- Technical background with strong technical acumen and understanding of cutting-edge technologies
- 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in AI, Data Platforms, or Enterprise Software
- Experience in customer account growth, including upselling and cross-selling, and in driving renewal opportunities
- Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and the role of technology in driving business outcomes
- Proficiency in modern account management processes/methodologies
- Excellent presence and proven track record of influencing and selling at all levels
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting & pipeline management
- Willingness and ability to travel to spend time in person with key clients (Global)
Desired
- Up and cross-selling experience in AI Data, Product, Analytics and Engineering
- Previous technical sales experience in Computer Vision or Machine Learning
- Deep commercial expertise in structuring SaaS contracts
- Experience with data and how to leverage data to help business achieve their customer experience initiatives
