Live in Caregiver

A Live in Carer with years of experience enabling clients to live their lives from the comfort of their own homes. A good time keeper who will always turn up after committing to clients. Always ensuring all relevant personal centred care plan are up to date with any new information added and communicated with family and external agencies as required. Medication (mar) sheets are entered to reflect what has been administered or refused, picking up prescription from pharmacy and returning any unused for proper disposal. Always looking out as per safeguarding and risk assessing all situations for my client and myself, self motives, Think on Feet to do and to complete everyday tasks since, no day of the week are the same, can work on my own initiative, resolving conflicts quickly before they fester and cooking nutritious meals {balance} with loads of fruits & vegetables from scratch, Keeping house tidy and all other domestic chores are carried out as needed.
