Akshata Chitnis

I am Akshata a Service design Masters from the Royal College of Art, London. I graduated my Bachelors as a Dean's List Gold Medalist for all four years of my degree, showcasing a consistently outstanding performance from NMIMS School of Design, Mumbai. I have been accredited internationally through 1 research publications and 5 awards for developing creative and strategic solutions to complex global issues.I come from an exciting multi-disciplinary design background with expertise in User Research, Behavioural Psychology, Service Design, and Systems Thinking. I have 2 years of experience working across various sectors, including Social Enterprises, Financial services, Gamification, Health and Well-being, and Rural Business.I specialise in strategic service and product development and innovation with ability to navigate the entire process from conceptualization to execution. I aim to create social and business impact, by transitioning between the roles of a researcher, facilitator, and strategist. I am passionate about delivering solutions that meet the needs of people, communities and businesses.
