Forgiveness is an intentional act that doesn't come naturally or easily to us. Yet if provides us a distinct, competitive advantage. It helps our mind heal from psychological trauma that has held us back. It helps our body function better. In a business environment it releases resources that are otherwise taken up in pointless acts of vengeance. Forgiveness allows us to relinquish the past, loosening its hold on us, We can then focus on the present and fashion our future.
