Publishing Rules

To ensure consistency and usability, each article follows these rules:

• Subject (Topic Name): Up to 100 characters, used as the link slug.
• Keywords: Up to 50 characters, separated by commas.
• Description: Up to 5000 characters per submission.
• Publisher: Up to 100 characters; default is AEDTP WORLD.
• Images: Optional, 1 per submission, square ratio, up to 2MB.
• Publishing again allows you to update or expand an article without exceeding limits per submission.

How It Works

Each category has an index page showing all articles. Users can:

• Search and filter articles instantly.
• Sort articles by alphabetical order or by publication date.
• Click a topic to open and edit it if desired.
• Publish new articles, which automatically appear in the category page.

• Latest: Shows the most recently published or updated articles first.
• Oldest: Shows the earliest published articles first.

Publishing Articles

Users can create or update articles in any category.

• Click the Publish Word / Article button on the category page.
• Fill in the following fields:
  • Subject (Topic Name): Maximum 100 characters.
  • Keywords: Maximum 50 characters, separate with commas.
  • Description: Maximum 5000 characters. This is your article content.
  • Publisher: Maximum 100 characters. Default is AEDTP WORLD.
• If the article already exists, publishing again will update the content or add new sections.
• Click Publish to save your article.
